Value - Graded accommodation - 2/3/4 Bedrooms
These units are ideal for a bargain break or for those looking to use the unit mainly as a base. Our Value Caravans come in 2,3 and 4 bedroom models sleeping between 4 and 10 guests, most include a sleeping area in the lounge enabling us to offer up to 6 in 2 bedroom unit, 8 in 3 bedroom unit and 10 in 4 bedroom units.
These Value units are excellent value due to the fact of being either older models or less stylish or plush than some of our other grades, they still are very good condition as most owners are Private Individuals and they tend to keep them to a very good standard.
They may be the same style and quality and be equally furnished and equipped as some of our higher grades of accommodation but have been placed in to Value Range due to the fact of them being over 5 years old. So if you don't mind having a regularly maintained home that is slightly older , grab yourself a bargain as we are able to offer these at excellent prices as most larger operators restrict private owners to hire through them up to 6 years old.
These caravan may be over 5 years old - N.B. All caravans are required to have a compulsory Gas Safety Test every year carried out by a Gas Safe Inspector (previously known as Corgi), and all electrics and appliances are tested and P.A.T . every 12-36 months.
Each Caravan will be at least 10 ft wide, with heating in lounge, Digital Colour Tv, Plates, Crockery, Cutlery, utensils etc for basic meals. Microwave, Kettle, Fridge, Table and 4 Chairs. Some may have a Toaster - But this varies between parks. Normally a Bath with Shower attachment, Wc and Sink. Bench style seating.
Sleeping Facilities
2 Bedroom models normally have - 1st room with a double bed, 2nd room with twin singles or bunk bed with a pull out double bed in lounge. Each bed comes complete with a duvet and 1 pillow per person. Linen is not normally included by site operator - However our price shows linen hire included and beds made up for your arrival. - if you do not require linen please advise us - As a general rule no heating in bedrooms.
