UK Park Holidays are a specialist division of Holiday Creations - The accommodation booking side of Airline Ticket Services Ltd.
The Group operates varies niche holiday & travel brands and are Full Members of ABTA / ATOL / IATA in both Tour Operation and Travel Agency Classes.
UK Park Holidays acts as agents for both 'Corporate' and 'Private Owners' as a booking agent. We do not own or run any of the Parks or Locations promoted on our sites. We rely on owners providing latest information and photos. We do send out our own Team to check facilities on all sites and properties, however we cannot be held responsible for changes not informed to us between visits.
Facilities and services offered will very from Park to Park and may be reduced midweek or outside Peak season.
Each caravan, chalet, lodge, bungalow, cottage, boat and holiday home will be different from each other - so layouts are for guide only (Specimum of units of that size and type). As with most holiday sites today - the majority of units rented are Privately owned - so they are decorated and equipped to the individual owners taste and requirements.
Units on sites such as Haven / Hoseasons / Park Holidays (UK) / Park Resorts etc may be marketed directly by us on behalf of the Unit owner or by us on behalf of the Park Operator.
Our units come in various grades as described on this site, however not all Parks and Villages offer all grades or unit sizes, so please check your chosen park for specific range.

In addition if a Unit is followed by :-
' + ' (plus) it signifies a wider unit i.e. instead of a 10 ft it will be a 12 ft etc.
'@ ' (super) it signifies a unit or model new for this year.
'# ' (pet) It signifies that a pet # followed by a number eg #1 means up to 1 pet may be accommodated and a price in pounds £ will be shown.
'$' (discount) it signifies that a discount may be available and will be followed by a code listed on discount page eg. SC2 - £25.00 off price for booking by guests over 55 years old. Only one discount per booking may be applied.
mw - midweek breaks / we - weekend breaks / fx - flexible duration / 7d - 7 day bookings (Day of change over if fixed) / HB - available on Half Board Basis / SC - Self Catering Basis / BB - available on Bed & Breakfast Basis. / dis - adapted unit for clients with special needs
PETS
Some of our Value, Basic and Standard units can accept Pets, if you intend to take your pet - please let us know at the time of initial enquiry as it is not normally possible to change this after booking as limited number of pet friendly units available.
A charge of between £15 - £50 per pet per break may be payable - some restrictions to type & breed of pets apply - please give as much information upfront.
* Registered Service dogs such as Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs and Dogs for the Disabled may be accommodated on site but must wear its registration / work wear and official paperwork may be requested. Pet charge may be waived on selected sites.
We offer a range of holidays suitable for guests with special needs on many locations through our sister brand Accessible Holiday Homes, if any of your party need an adapted unit please ring and have a chat with our dedicated team regarding your specific needs and requirements as we aim to help your holiday go to plan. ( Not all sites or units suitable for all clients individual needs ) .
